Access Your Medical Records is a web based personal
health record designed to provide the user the convenience
of having their medical records with them at all times.
No longer will patients (children and adults) have to request,
pay and wait for their medical records to be sent from one
physician to another.

Health Record for me or my family ? The Personal
Health Record is intended to foster and improve continuity
of patient care, reduce medical errors, improve patient’s
roles in managing their health, and assure at least a minimum
standard of secure health information transportability.
3. How does AYMR help me in a life-threatening
emergency ?
In cases where consumers
are not awake or aware of their medical condition, Access
Your Medical Records can help. By providing pin code access
to your Personal Health Record you can provide your Physician's,
EMS/Ambulatory Care, Law Enforcement and Fire rescue immediate
access to your health record.
4. Can Anybody Join ?
Anybody can join! Access
Your Medical Records is offered to all consumers of the
United States and Worldwide.
5. When Does my Membership Begin
?
Your membership begins immediately
after you enroll and your payment is verified. Each new
member will receive an activation/verification email to
validate membership with selected personal access codes.
